I am on day 10, and that is the 1st day of puree for me. Mashed potato is on my list. My NUT said nothing is off limits, as long as we get our Protein in 1st. Moderation, and smart choices. I had 1/4 cup refried Beans thinned with milk, 1/4 cup homemade split pea Soup, and 1.5 tablespoons of mashed potato thinned with milk. Not all at once :)
