My surgery was yesterday afternoon and I didn't get to my room until almost 11pm. I walked a couple of times during the night. Passed my leak test and got my liquid lunch. So far no nausea, but I've had a bit of pain. No more than to be expected. Now we are on our way home. I'm trying to take drinking in tiny sips. Just lots of them. I also had a hiatal hernia and repair of something that would stop the acid reflux. I'd say we are all doing g great.

Having my op next week on the 14th

as i was diagnosed with Bi Polar 15 years ago and from being 8 stone now an awesome 96.5 kg it has affected my health in many ways

Are you packed, I am taking gas x strips, chap stick, slippers, pillow, phone and charger, rx, and not sure what else.

im trying to pack.It just feels so surreal right now I have to keep telling myself I am really doing this tomorrow. I am so hungry right now I am sitting here thinking of the things I wont be able to eat for a while.I know its bad.I haven't had any thoughts about it until now that I know I can't eat .I am so nervous right now. Am I the only one freaking out right now

My surgery was on 5/5 and everything went well .No leaks. I did have an issue with my stomach being inflamed and anything I tried to drink other then ice chips I would throw up. Not a fun time. They gave me something for the inflammation and a needle in my back side for the nausea. Around 8 clock last night the nausea subsided and I have been able to drink apple juice and Water. Going home today ????.. Sitting here sipping my apple juice.
