It's from not eating carbs, mine went away after a week.

11 days post op and very constipated. Feels like death every time I try to go. Any suggestions?

Mango helps with constipation! You can also try stool colase & make sure you're drinking enough Water. The Protein Powder & calcium/iron are very constipating. Hang in there:)

Miralax or milk of magnesia. Also be sure to push to get your fluids in.

Had the sleeve on 4/8; I started the pre-op diet in February since my husband was having his surgery first. I lost 38 pounds on pre-op diet and last week broke the 50 pound mark! This is something I should have done years ago! So excited with the new me, new energy and ability to do things I haven't done in years.
