Yep, I watched it....without the ability to shovel popcorn in my mouth to stifle my emotions. That was painful. But I sure will think twice before feeling sorry for myself for not losing a measly pound.

i go "armed" with a popped bag of Orville Reddenbocker

it has a lot of carbs,

once in a while is ok

I put popcorn in the largest purse i can find

i also bring a tupperware container to put it (really!!)

i'm such a sneak

i'll deny the whole thing
