jane13 2,256 Posted December 1, 2015 @@juju79 - I am doing pretty good, hoping to hit a personal goal of -100 by 12/31/15, which is about 7 lbs. I am pretty sure the honeymoon is over but that's okay ~ I got this! how are you doing?
juju79 58 Posted December 2, 2015 @@jane13 7lbs away from 100, that is great. I'm down 70lbs. My only issues are heartburn(I never had before) and I've thrown up a lot. I'm not sure if I'm not chewing slow enough or what but I go to see the doctor on the 9th.
jane13 2,256 Posted December 2, 2015 @@juju79 - I haven't had either one of those issues, thank goodness. I have ate one too many bites and wished I could throw up about a month post-op. That was a scary feeling. I wanted to just get a little up, but I knew that was stupid I was only about 3 wks post... Did you have heartburn before? I did, but not bad. I haven't had it really at all since surgery.
juju79 58 Posted December 3, 2015 @@jane13 I never had heartburn before the surgery. I have it so bad now that it wakes me in the middle of the night. I can't eat any seasoning or it fires it up. I can say that I'm on medication for it and it helps a lot
