tissiegirl 36 Posted March 12, 2015 My surgeon only allows Flinstones Centrum chewables for the first month then it's either prenatal or Bariatric Advantage chewables or capsules

Heather_8.1.14 65 Posted March 22, 2015 What flavor are you using? I use the mixed berry and surprisingly I really like them. MUCH easier to take 1 chewable 4 times a day then try to swallow 7-8 pills a day (plus all the other meds I take, I hate pills LOL)
gravesmisty69 6 Posted March 23, 2015 I don't know where to get any other flavor than citrus and I don't like them but I still take them
rjackson1982 10 Posted March 23, 2015 I use women's one a day gummy vitamins. Right after surgery I used a more expensive bariatric Vitamin, but after a couple of months I found out I could use regular gummies I just take 2 instead of one and so far they've worked great. Also much less expensive.
tamg26k 479 Posted March 23, 2015 I also take Centrium chewable without any problem. Cheap enough and you can find almost anywhere

Cujucuyo 34 Posted May 3, 2015 (edited) I'm currently taking "Equate", these things are huge and make me nauseous for 2 hours, even if I split them in half and take both in... avoid them. I'm going to change to chewable ones or grind these and take them with a half a Tsp of sugar. Edited May 3, 2015 by Cujucuyo
beachgal2935 596 Posted May 17, 2015 I was told I could take Flintstones Complete + Iron. I bought a bottle of 200 from Sam's Club and didn't like them at all. On the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury website, I clicked on the opurity Vitamins tab and found their Multivitamin made specifically for bypass and sleeved patients. I just put one in my pill spliter and chew 1/2 twice a day. They are much softer than the Flintstones and taste more like a sweet tart to me. I love them!
