How is that even possible? 10 pounds of it came off overnight if my scale is to be believed. I did wake up completely drenched but still. That doesn't even seem realistic!

It is possible to lose that much Water weight, especially if you have a tendency to retain Water. There might be a pound of fat, too.

About 60 ounces. But false alarm, I think the scale lied yesterday because today I'm down 12.
