Yeah, you are screwed. :)

The new tummy won't tolerate spicy food for a while. I found that out when I had "normal" turkey chili that happened to have a tiny bit of spice.

Not necessarily. I started eating spicy food with my pureed stage and did just fine. I am the hot sauce queen so I use it to flavor everything. It sucks not being able to take a sip of drink with it but I've adjusted. :)
