I have a friend who is bi-polar and she was able to have the sleeve done. She was unable to have a full gastric bypass because of the medications she needed to take on a daily basis. I am not sure what paranoid personality disorder is but would suggest you are completely honest with your physician about any medical issues you have. Best wishes!

I would think it would depend on how stable you are and compliant with MH treatment recommendations.
