I just would love to hear from others on their experience....good or bad.

Everyday, many times a day I think about my weight and health and how I would love to feel good about myself again. Would love to get rid of 80 to 90 lbs. Have first appointment set up for July.

Hey there! Glad you posted! I know how you feel. I decided to have the band awhile ago but ran into an insurance battle that I lost. Now I am self pay set for early July. I can't wait!!! If you have found this forum, that's a pretty good indication that you are ready for this. My advice is to do lots of research about your doctor and ask lots of questions on the forum or from patients of your doctor. As you read about others success stories, hopefully you will decide to make the decision to change your life with the band:)! Good Luck!
