wolfie 0 Posted February 19, 2015 I am on day 4 of my Protein diet: 5 shakes a day, allowed certain veggies up to 2 cups, clear broth.< /p> Today I am feeling weak, headache (kind of fuzzy), not myself. mitzie46 116 Posted February 20, 2015 It seemed to get bet better as time went on. I tried to focus on the reasons why I was doing it and kept reminding myself that many others have done it and I can too. I looked forward to the salads. I was allowed lettuce and cucumbers with balsamic vinegar. The broth also helped fill me up. Good luck, we will save you a place on the loser's bench! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
