syntha 6 isolate in vanilla cake (i think something along the lines of that name), 3/4 tsp instant coffee, 6 oz milk, 4 ice cubes, 1 tsp sf cool whip

or replace coffee with PB2 and take out cool whip

when i was able to buy premier Protein shakes, loved them! i'd add some milk to it and not use the whole box and add 1 tbsp of Torani SF hazelnut syrup...so lovely

Thanks everyone for the tips!

I did try the premier Protein chocolate and it is a good ready to drink option.

I also bought some of the nectar sweets Double Stuffed Cookie powder on Amazon and it is amazing with some almond milk!

I still want to try the unjury chicken Soup, I can't find samples of it.

Keep the ideas coming!

I'm not a huge fan of the Premier Protein. I actually really like the Pure Protein in chocolate.... It taste like chocolate milk!! I get the pure protein at Walmart.< /p>
