Fullofitx3 146 Posted February 16, 2015 I'm just over a year out from sleeve surgery, I can't begin to describe the feeling. I'm down to 168lbs and for the first time in my life I have normal BMI, I have never been one to go by what the scale says, it's always been about how I feel both health and look wise, no longer need the cpap machine! went from a size 40/42 waist to a 32 and xxl shirts to large. Some people I haven't seen in a while don't even recognize me at first, I workout daily and feel healthier then when I was a teen / young adult. I still enjoy food, in fact I think I enjoy it more since I take my time and try to make health fresh choices, and yes I still eat some junk from time to time usually just a couple of bites, but I don't get hung up on it (I'm still human). All in all this was the one of the best decisions I have made. I Wish everyone success on their weight loss journey.
