I started noticing a slight thinning out in my face, but my face started looking more like it was melting. I guess because of my age the elasticity just isn't there anymore, so I have some really saggy skin. I guess I'll need some "tightening" at some point in time.

Lol! Well thank you Billy!! My face may be shaping up but I will more than likely have a Tummy Tuck and something done with these boobs! We shall see. It's ok though you have to expect some things when you lose a bunch of weight. I don't mind I will take a little surgery over being almost 270 lbs any day!
