Introducing new foods

As I get ready to stArt introducing foods into my life again I'm just wondering what everyone's thoughts are... I have some diet ideas but I'm actually really scared to start because I'm terrified of the change of the sleeve popping . Any suggestions

How far out are you? Are you getting ready to start on solids? My surgeon's office gave pretty detailed instructions on how to progress - start with soft foods before moving on to meats, fibrous veggies or even bread. If you're just starting soft foods I'd stick with things like Beans, cottage cheese, soft-cooked eggs, tuna salad, oatmeal, etc. And when you try new things just really take it slow - take a bite and pause and see how your tummy deals with it.
