thesuse2000 698 Posted February 16, 2015 How far out are you? Are you getting ready to start on solids? My surgeon's office gave pretty detailed instructions on how to progress - start with soft foods before moving on to meats, fibrous veggies or even bread. If you're just starting soft foods I'd stick with things like Beans, cottage cheese, soft-cooked eggs, tuna salad, oatmeal, etc. And when you try new things just really take it slow - take a bite and pause and see how your tummy deals with it.
