Susan will "like" your post, which is how you know she received it. She will then update it on the spreadsheet (the link to it is in the first post of this thread). You make your own goal. For me, I want to lose 13 pounds this challenge. Just tell her in a post your goal weight and your starting weight. The object of this is to create some accountability. Also, it's fun to see how much the group lost as a whole over the challenge! I think the group lost nearly 850 pounds in the Valentine challenge! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
