Mattscot 0 Posted February 15, 2015 I'm hoping that becoming a member of Bariatric pal I will perhaps get advice on where if possible I can obtain bypass surgery either by the NHS or if reasonably priced private. All enquires I've made I've been refused because of my age it seems no surgery ia available to persons over the age of sixty five?
DENISEMIC 26 Posted February 16, 2015 HEY SWEETIE I'M NOT 65 BUT I AM 62 AND JUST HAD RNY BYPASS 12/24/14. MY SUGGESTION; GO TO THE TOP OF THE PAGE AND LOOK UNDER FORUMS FOR BYPASS SURGERY FORUMS THEN A DROP DOWN MENU FOR SUPPORT GROUPS THEN DROP DOWN MENU FOR AGE SPECIFIC. LOOK UNDER EITHER 60'S OF 70'S AND POST YOU QUESTION ON THAT. YOU CAN ALSO REACH OUT TO SOMEONE YOU FIND ON THERE THAT MAY BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU SOME INFO. HOPE THIS HELPS. BE BLESSED DENISE
