So, I made some fish and zucchini noodles for lunch today and I was able to get the whole 4oz or so fish in and a little bit of the veggies. It feels so weird to me because I was satisfied but wondered if I was eating too much?

What really throws me off is that I ate half a boiled egg this morning and couldn't finish it because I got too full...I am really trying to understand this logic...maybe the egg is more dense?

For a snack I had a single serving cheese stick and a banana. I barely made it through the banana(took me a while) and was able to get in a little of the cheese stick.

Is this normal...?

You'll drive yourself crazy trying to figure out the logic. Just eat until you're satisfied. One more bite will probably make you uncomfortable and you'll definitely know you ate too much. Sounds like you're doing fine.

I agree. Some foods just fill me up faster than others - even the high Protein foods vary. eggs and tuna are really hard for me to eat a lot of. 4 ozs of chicken or fish is fine. It all depends on how your body adjusts etc. I never try to finish what I think I'm supposed to eat, even if it's a measured quantity, if I feel like one more bite will make me sick. I've learned to throw food in the trash - a new concept!

You are normal. Your sleeve is going to have different tolerances for different foods. For me, chicken and eggs are still some of the hardest things to digest. bread will sit like a rock in Frankensleeve. But Pasta, sugary/processed foods slide right on down and don't stick with me for very long. And for some crazy reason, Frankensleeve truly hates the Taco Bell taco sauce, but he has no problem with any other bottled salsa??? Go figure.
