Over one year out I have a variety of food I just don't eat candy cake or junk food. I especially don't eat after 5 pm.

I eat 3 meals a day some fruit occasionally a raisin bran muffin but basically it's the same food a thin person eats.

Because night eating is very bad for me those were the habits I had that caused my obesity. I always believed that most people eat at night. The opposite is true.

I find its important to eat small healthy meals but be creative to keep it interesting also it prevents Constipation when I have veggies and fruit I also use Metamucil before each meal for saiety.
