First day of soft and moist

Hi, today is my first day starting the soft & moist and I couldn't even finish 1/2 a cup of food is that normal?

That sounds normal to me. I can usually only eat 1/4 cup of food at each meal and it takes close to half an hour to finish. I have to supplement with Protein Shakes. I am only 4 weeks post op, so maybe as we heal we are able to eat more.

In my experience it's normal. I was averaging ¹/2 cup per meal for a good while. I'm 3 mos out now and the max I am able to eat per meal is about 1 cup, usually a little less
