Did anyone have to remove any of their clothing to weigh in your first time (except shoes, which I know I have to remove)?

I did not have to take off anything. So far they only take clothing into consideration when checking for a weight loss. For example during my weigh ins if I am close to my previous weight, they will look at my clothes and make notes.

Of course this is my office practice. Not sure of others.

When I had my first weigh-in I was fully clothed including shoes - only took my coat off. Tbh a pound here or there means nothing in the grand scheme of things so I don't they bother about it too much.

I'm going to be within a few pounds of the weight I need to be in order to qualify for surgery. Today is my weigh in and with clothes on, I should qualify. If I have to take off anything I will not weigh enough. Did anyone have to remove any of their clothing to weigh in your first time (except shoes, which I know I have to remove)?

Nope, I leave all my clothes on and put down my purse. I get squirrely sometimes, because I weight myself at home NAKED! It makes a difference of about 5-8 lbs. My doc told me that I MUST not gain an ounce, so I go ape and almost panic when I see the numbers slip and slide around a pound.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
