Thank you Pkdvm! @9B lol I feel healthier than I have ever felt. I have not taken a blood pressure pill since my surgery averging 117/75 and my knees feel great no swellings since either..excited and thanking God for such a gift! Praying that I reach my goal keep the weight off and never gain the other diseases that run deep in my family! Diabetes, heart disease, stroke....the list goes on!
