Sharpie 3,306 Posted February 9, 2015 yes it will go away . use a heating pad and try to move as much as possible. I think my shoulder pain lasted about 10 days. I still get a little pain in my left shoulder if I eat too fast.
CherieRyde 227 Posted February 9, 2015 This is so very normal. Try walking and take a Gas-X strip. I feel like I should have stock in that company now ...
JustWatchMe 7,117 Posted February 9, 2015 Walk a lot and ask a pal to do karate chops on your neck and shoulders a few times a day.
louluch 7 Posted February 10, 2015 The shoulder pain was the worst part of the surgery, mine lasted well into day 20 post op. It was crippling at times, I found that nothing really helped to ease it, I moved around and applied hot packs as often as possible. I also get a pinch in my left shoulder if I eat too quickly at times. Hang in there, it's completely normal due to the Co2 they use to inflate your abdomen so that they can see/move your organs to get to your stomach. Give it time.
