I'm two weeks post op and I feel the same way. I'm down about 8lbs since surgery, and I was getting really frustrated, but, I realized that my body is in starvation mode, and I need to step up my Protein intake. My programs goal is 80-90grams of protein a day. So I have three small meals, and 3 Protein Shakes. I'm going back to work next week, so I hope that helps kickstart my workout. Also, if you feel down, measure the inches you've lost. My chest and hips are down about 4 inches each!! This alone made me super stoked.

Thank you so much it is nice to know I'm not alone ! It is frustrating keep in touch , I too have lost inches didn't measure before wish I had,

The Dr. Assures me if I keep on doing what I'm doing it will eventually come off I guess I should be happy I'm not gaining . Good luck to you too
