Healthy_life2 8,324 Posted February 8, 2015 @@IvyLeagueNP Once my family practitioner sent my surgeon the paperwork on my supervised weight loss. I had a date scheduled in a week
mhuntoon 21 Posted February 8, 2015 I visited with my PCP from August through November (Cigna only required 4 months). Due to the holidays, I wasn't able to get in until January. Otherwise, it was handled very quickly once they had those visits documented along with the pre-surgery psych and nutritionist evals. Good luck!
