You u having a hard time getting them down? Just space them out. Very important to get them. I know my doc said the first 2 weeks not to worry about it but all docs r different.

I just started my 2 weeks liquid diet and my surgery is April 23rd. Question? My friend had bypass done in February and she told me that was ate hard boiled egg whites (no yolk) throughout the 2 week liquid diet. She said her surgery was fine and the doctor said everything looked good. Has anyone else tried egg whites or other alternatives?

1 week and a day after my surgery and I am doing OK. My biggest problem is I am tired of full liquids. I want food. Since all I can have is liquids I feel hungry and I am craving everything that I can think of. I have my husband beside me helping me through this though. I know I will be OK.

I think I am mentally hungry because I'm not able to actually sit there and chew something.
