Only issue that I'm having is

Constipation.. I've tried all the mirilax.. milk of magnesia.. x lax. Any natural suggestions? I've tried eating more salads.. Fiber rich... Any other thoughts?

In an emergency double up on the milk of mag (4tbsp). Drink plenty of Water with it.

I also have a problem with Constipation. So I'm taking 2 tsp of milk of magnesia, morning and night plus lots of fluids.
