Jazmundo 58 Posted February 4, 2015 Hey everyone. I'm 2 days post op and I'm feeling okay. I feel like I can't drink as much Water as I need too. But I am keeping everything down. I was wondering if anyone thought at the beginning, that you wouldn't lose any weight? I feel like I won't . Is that weird?
amyecpa 33 Posted February 4, 2015 I am one week post op and I have lost 10-11 lbs. My big fear is that I'll lose 40 or so pounds instead of the 70+ that is my goal.
Jazmundo 58 Posted February 4, 2015 Hopefully we both can hit goal! My goal is 100 lbs. It's a a hard goal but something I look forward to. I'd be happy with 80 lbs too
mae7365 372 Posted February 4, 2015 You will loose. I'm 12 weeks post op today and I've lost 43 lbs. I want to loose 27 more, unless I think that's too much. Right now all my skin is shrinking with my body, no hanging skin at my neck and people tell me I look 10 years younger. I don't want to loose so much that I get that "too skinny, sickly" look. So I'm going to keep loosing until my body says no more.......or I say enough!

Georgiagirl27 17 Posted February 5, 2015 I felt the same way. February 15 will be one year for me!!I I started out weighing 230 pounds. I have lost 95 pounds. I reached my goal of 138 in ten months and now I'm a couple of pounds under goal at 135. You will lose weight and just imagine what you will be posting a year from now!!! Good luck to you. MichiganChic 3,262 Posted February 5, 2015 I know the feeling. I thought every pound I lost would be my last. lost about 140 pounds, so I'd say don't stress too much. It didn't help me at all and I still lost the weight.
