Wow -- had it done yesterday. I am glad I do not have access to those drugs. I would be a drug addict for sure! Best nap I have ever had!

My endoscopy was MISERABLE!!!!! They were supposed to "twilight" me but the surgeon didn't want to overload me. So, I was wide awake during the whole procedure. I was drooling, my nose was running and my eyes started watering. The nurse anesthetist told the doctor twice that I wasn't "out" enough but he continued.

When I mentioned it to him after, he said that what killed Joan Rivers and I should be happy that he didn't overmedicate me.

that sounds horrible! My experience was just the opposite. I turned over on my side, looked at the clock, next thing I know they are asking me what my name is and how I am feeling.
