Queen P 112 Posted February 4, 2015 7 weeks post op today and down 38 pounds..I am happy about my progress..it's getting better and better. I am gaining more energy since starting my B12 and uped my calorie intake to about 500-600 daily ( I am hungry every 2 to 3 hours.) My average weight loss is 3 to 3 1/2 pounds a week so far. I started walking this week since gaining energy to do that! However I stalled in weight loss 1 week before my cycle which was last week and finally lost 1 pound today. has anyone experienced this type of stall and do you experience it every cycle? How many calories are you consuming daily?
fuzzyangelbear 15 Posted February 5, 2015 The day I came home from surgery I started and gained 3 lbs after surgery. I was told attention hat point it was Water gain becz of all the IV fluids. I lost a total of 30 lbs and stalled again 4 weeks after surgery and yes, it was that time of the month. My room mate tried to say it was water gain again becz I had gained a pound, of course I was not buying it. I stalled for just a bit over 2 weeks and back to loosing. I am not sure if it is related to that time of the month or just perfect timing.

ImOnMyWay61 55 Posted February 5, 2015 I have been in a stall for 3.5 weeks now. But I know it will end and I will start losing again. Keep doing what you are doing and you will be fine.
