Sunny80 58 Posted May 17, 2015 I feel so emotional today, I have no idea what my problem is. I haven't felt like this since the first week or two. Anyone else experience this?
Madmax68 227 Posted May 17, 2015 I feel so emotional today, I have no idea what my problem is. I haven't felt like this since the first week or two. Anyone else experience this? Hi Sunny80! I was told that we store estrogen in our fat cells and am wondering if maybe when it's released into our systems we get PMS-like symptoms. I have days like that too. Fortunately it seems to go away as quickly as it appears. Hope you're feeling better soon!

purrfctangel 239 Posted May 18, 2015 Feel better Sunny! After my last pity party, the scale finally started moving again. I had to hit Walmart and a thrift store for some stretchy shorts and skirts for work. I'm officially not buying plus size any more!

janeaddams 53 Posted May 18, 2015 I have lost almost 30 lbs but not lost a full size. How does that happen? I haven't lost a pound in two weeks. I can't eat salads no matter how much I chew. I'm so frustrated right now. I'm a positive person, and grateful for this opportunity. Just stuck.

You are losing fat from all over your body.. It will go.. You might be in your first stall.. it will come. Keep doing what you are doing.. How are your calories? What weight did you start at? Salads are different for everyone.. if you can't tolerate raw veggies, eat cooked ones. I get it.. but it will go!

Spicy06 175 Posted May 19, 2015 I have stalled a few times. My first one was almost 3 weeks. I wanted to cry. But I remembered that it does not last forever. Keep eating right and working out.

gresau1 10 Posted May 19, 2015 I had surgery on March 17th and have lost 30 lbs. It seems that I am losing much slower than on previous diets. I exercise 4 times/week and my caloric intake is around 900 - 1050 calories/day. I am a bit disappointed, but truly hope the weight loss will continue and maybe speed up a bit. Hertsukfem31 50 Posted May 19, 2015 (edited) Usually they don't have a big meal at dinner time as they have one at lunch at school so I give them something light usually egg on toast or Beans on toast or toast with Vegemite or jam, today I have eaten 550 cals but I don't feel that it's enough! Chrystee 838 Posted May 19, 2015 I'm paranoid about my kids being overweight. They eat mostly high protein.. Sometimes they have grain.. But not every day. eggs are a great protein.. We normally have meat and veggie for dinner.< /p> Have a Protein Shake.< /p>
