mickally 95 Posted February 14, 2015 Well I have both the sleeve and now one week out from bypass. My experience with the sleeve was fine in every way except for the reflux was unbearable which is why I revised to the RNY. If you don't have reflux then the sleeve has lots of benefits, however if you do have reflux I would recommend the RNY hands down. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
