poobaer523 1 Posted February 2, 2015 Hey everyone 1 week post op on a puree mushy food stage with 2 Protein Shakes during the day. I feel like I'm not hitting my 60-80 gm Protein quota any help out there??? LuvDaNuMe 53 Posted February 3, 2015 Use myfitness pal and log all your shakes and food. Also use a good whey isolate like Unjury or Premier Protein is descent. Add unflavored Protein powder to your mushy foods. You are only 1 week post op...You are doing great! FYI, Hair loss doesn't usually start until about 6 months post op. It's temporary hair loss!! Dee951 28 Posted February 9, 2015 It takes me a whole day just to drink one Protein Shake. I feel so behind with getting my fluids in but I'm not dehydrated either.
