cheranic 0 Posted February 2, 2015 I am almost 8 months out from sleeve surgery. I am down 103 lbs. I seem to be stalled at this weight for the last three weeks. I go to the gym 4-6 times a week and have a similar food intake as I have had for months. I don't want to get frustrated because I have come a long way but I am frustrated and nervous. Any help is appreciated.
Healthy_life2 8,324 Posted February 2, 2015 I'm with you. I am just keeping up with my healthy plan. Plateau's have been on and off with the process. I'm also in my eighth month they seem to be harder to break.
jamtlo 4 Posted February 8, 2015 Me too! I have only lost about 3 lbs in the last 2 months. It is so much harder when you get closer to your goal weight. Mh trainer said to do a reset. Change your workout up. Add some different things or change the sequence. As far as diet, maybe do a few liquid only days.
geelynn 72 Posted March 9, 2015 So frustrating! I'm there with you. The first 80 seems to fall off (I had a few stalls at around 50 lbs, and then again at 75 lbs. lost) and a friend of mine who teaches Physical Education classes at the college level, suggested that I add a few calories two days a week (not junk calories, healthy calories, which for me meant adding a Protein shake before bed). And that helped break the latest plateau. Next time this happens, I'm going to make sure that my journaling is accurate!
