Callie60 24 Posted September 19, 2017 I'm 57, 4 1/2 months out and down 81 pounds. I also have not exercised due to a broken foot. Got out of my last cast yesterday, so planning to start soon. Just giving it a couple days to build a little strength back first. celticNgel 144 Posted September 19, 2017 Actually you should be pleased with your weight loss, even the fact that it's slow. Due to it being slow YOUR skin will have a much easier time bouncing back which means much less loose skin. I'm 55 yrs old too and looking forward to my upcoming RNY and if that happens to me I'm going to tell myself "It took time to get fat, it's going to take time to get thin!!" Good luck and God Bless!
