lucy0911 58 Posted January 31, 2015 So for those of you who don't know, I am one week four days post op. I am a mother and wife and I do the cooking most of the time. So I sit down, make my list today (oh yummy- btw...all low carb high Protein so the family gets used to it so when I can eat I can still cook like this), but two of the recipes I will be making required rotisserie chicken. I bought two of them to shred for a chicken enchilada bake and white chicken chili. You have no idea, well I am sure you do, how hard it was not to put some in my mouth.
