I start on Tuesday. Not looking forward to it haha does anyone know can you make the Optifast Soup the night before and add veggies that are allowed and then re heat it the next day for lunch? I want to make mine more tasty as I heard they don't taste all that good...

Yea I'm currently on day 5 or 4 I started Tuesday Lolz and I had my first small meal yesterday it was delicious
