I tried shrimp for the first time since surgery and yay! it stayed down!

I'm surprised I could eat as much as I did! 3.5 ounces.. And I am not stuffed! Satisfied!

Scallops and mussles are also wonderful. Low cal high pro and taste great.

are scallops fishy? I know i have to increase my seafood tolerance but i just am not a big fan of fish fish which included shellfish and crustrations apparently
