Olarance75 215 Posted March 3, 2016 Hi everyone j to the OP- we have almost the EXACT same stats, including height etc! i am in the same place right now. lowest was 165, settled around 172. started a new job, had a VERY trying semester of grad school and managed to gain 6 lbs. not much, but it ALL sits right around my middle like a gross spare tire. your post and the responses were enlightening. i am planning a reset for next week and going to go as hard as i can until i see movement. i too have found myself grazing AND eating a lot more food than i should. i also have been hitting the soda, which i KNOW is wrong for me. going to just try and really focus. my stressful semester is pretty much wrapped up, and i decided to take a bit of an easier track in my grad program so that should help. settling into my new job so that is also better. ready to re-focus on ME. btw- Santa is bringing our entire family a cushy membership to our local Y for Christmas! that will help too.. hi how has it been going. I fell off and need to do reset. My mom is very ill so that has thrown me off. I am refocused and starting to to do another reset. I will be posting my stats weeklyust checking in. So I had gained back up to 183. I have gotten it back off and now am 168 again. It was a hard grueling month but I did one week of liquid and Protein shakes and it came off. I'm trying to stay focused and on track. Goal is to lose 2 pounds this weekend. I have a dr appointment on 3-15 and I want to be at least 164 when I scroll in there
Rogofulm 2,440 Posted March 3, 2016 Hey @@Olarance75 – Congrats on muscling the weight back down! I figure that's going to be the story for the rest of our lives. But you caught it and did something about it before it got completely out of control, and that's really admirable! Do you feel that your restriction has returned to help you for a while? 1 Olarance75 reacted to this

Olarance75 215 Posted March 27, 2023 Well this weight loss journey has been never ending for me. I blamed Covid but really it’s been my lack of discipline. I’m down from 212.2 to 174. Dedicated to not giving up. Hoping to lose to 164 by next month. 1 mcipanda reacted to this

Olarance75 215 Posted September 25, 2023 Down to 152 and actually I can’t believe it. Never did I think I would get this small especially after 10 years. I am sticking to my intermittent fasting and the pounds just keep coming off.
