joatsaint 2,814 Posted January 30, 2015 Good luck. You can do it!!! Here's to a new you. On the morning of my surgery, when I'd start feeling anxious, I'd take deep slow breaths and push the thoughts out of my head. I convinced myself that today was just like any other day and I was just hanging out with my friends. It worked for me, maybe it will help you as well. suitechicguy 105 Posted February 1, 2015 Well I am home now and the doctor said everything went great. I am having a lot of nausea and gas though and one of the incisions hurts a lot. Of ourse the first thing I was thinking was why did I do this. I know though its just the pain and frustration talking. Trying to walk as much as possible.
