bertie80 2 Posted January 29, 2015 Hi. Does anyone else have trouble eating at the table? When i sit on the sofa to eat all is fine can eat as i know should without any trouble but when i sit at the table, as i prefer to, i quite often have trouble. Am i the only one or is this common and how do i overcome this issue?
freshair 135 Posted January 29, 2015 No you're not alone i find i have this issue also. I hoping to only eat at the table and see if my eating habits get better
bertie80 2 Posted January 29, 2015 You would think that sitting at the table would be so much easier because of sitting upright and not slouching. Perhaps it's about being relaxed
freshair 135 Posted January 30, 2015 I think it's about being able to slow down on the couch as at the table you want to finish quicker and get up from the table
Julie norton 2,850 Posted February 1, 2015 Sometimes I need to stand up and just take a few steps when I start the first food of the day... And sitting back just a bit is better for my digestion also. Keep learning with this band.... Glad I'm not the only one
LSF 264 Posted February 2, 2015 It's easier to sit on the edge of the chair if you're sitting at the table. Prevents you from slouching forward
