BigTink2LilTink 723 Posted January 27, 2015 I'm about 5 weeks post surgery and for the last two days I can't stop throwing up. I've called my surgeon and they want me to keep taking the ondansetron for nausea, but it's too the point that I'm ready to go to the emergency room. Help please? gal friday 176 Posted January 27, 2015 Go to the ER. At 5 weeks post op, this may not be related to the sleeve. You may have a stomach bug, and you may need IV fluids. Better safe than sorry I think. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
efierke 60 Posted January 28, 2015 definitely sounds like a GI bug at this point, especially if there's no abdominal pain or other issues to go with it. Norovirus is common year round and it frighteningly easy to transmit. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
