support groups

Wondering how many of you are attending support meeting? How long did you do this? How much of your success do you attribute to participation in a group?

I attend our local support groups, cooking classes and behavior change sessions. The group is made up of people looking in to surgery, people loosing with bariatrics and people that are year's out. It has been key to my motivation and keeping me on track. I have reached goal and plan to continue to go.
