mrsvw 5 Posted January 26, 2015 I've never tried it, is it gross? Because to be honest it doesn't sound too appetizing. I picked up few small Bone Broth cartons from my grocery store trying to prep for post surgery. I was shocked at how much Protein was in them and it was nice they came in combinations like chicken and lemongrass etc.... What's your impression of these? Good, bad, gross, or just slightly overpriced broth?

RedSalamander 148 Posted January 26, 2015 Bone Broth is seriously just a marketing term. It's just stock. I've been making it myself overnight in the crockpot using rotisserie chicken carcasses forever--and it's tasty and makes awesome soups!
