Peace love and sleeve you should try to drink the protien. If you dont drink and don't take the protien that's not good. My dr prescribed me something to stop the gurgling and stuff. I believe it's the stomach acid that causes that. If I stop taking the medications for more than two days then I get the gurgling and stomach stuff going on

Yes I get the gurgling in the stomach to. I tried drinking the Protein Shakes I drank two sips and didn't want anymore
