roundisashape 712 Posted January 23, 2015 Are you on soft foods? Not sure what might be on your plan, but at at 4 weeks I was allowed to have cooked fruits and vegetables (although raw mashed banana was okay). So far, green Beans, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, Tomato, and 1/2 servings of those little no-sugar added lunchbox sized grapefruit and mandarin orange slices have all gone down great for me. Broccoli has been really iffy, sometimes it stays down and sometimes it doesn't. It's exciting to move through the stages, isn't it? I'm allowed to start transitioning to regular textures today, and I'm counting down the minutes until I can leave work and get to that lettuce in my fridge! JamieLogical 8,710 Posted January 23, 2015 You are asking the wrong people. You should be asking your surgeon or nutritionist or referring to the diet plan they gave you.
