I'm 11wks an my nut advised me to get 1000-1100 calories per day. That however is easier said than done. Me personally I am having a real problem :( when I feel hungry I take a few bites and I'm done. Eating more I feel sick or loose it all. I've slowed my eating and eat with a small baby spoon so bites are not too large. The nut advised me that I shouldn't have to worry about calories because my intake is so limited that I'm only getting in about 1/2 and feel as if I am eating all the time :(. Hope things are going more smoothly for you!

For my 1st 6 months, I was limited to about 1/2 cup of food per meal. Almost everything upset Frankensleeve. It would take 30 minutes to finish my 1/2 cup.

I tried to make the best of it, thinking of how much weight I was losing. And I tried to get into the habit of picking the most nutritious food I could get per bite - since I felt like I was eating so little.

Make the most of this time, and when the Honeymoon period is over, all your good eating habits will be so automatic, you won't even have to think about food choices and how much to eat to stay on track.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
