I went to liquid Centrum until I was finally able to eat, and keep down, the gummies. I still don't chew them, I just bite them in half and swallow with sips of Water. I've found that my taste for foods has changed since surgery (10 weeks post-op). It's improving with time, but still weird when I look at something I loved before and the thought of eating it makes me gag!

I'm going to try the liquid Centrum next. My NUT doesn't support that choice or the tummies they say not enough nutrients as the chewable and oral pills but any things better than nothing that's my motto and right now I throw up half the time. Found liquid b1 also gonna try that with the liquid centrum.

Try Nature Made Vita Melts. They melt in your mouth and are a great alternative to regular, liquid or chewable vitamins. I use the Multivitamin, hair-skin-nails (biotin), energy (b1) and Vitamin D. I found mine initially at Target but now order them online on Amazon. I developed an aversion to Vitamins early on and would instantly feel nauseous. Never happens with these and they are actually yummy!

I am the same way! The multivitamin makes me so sick. I am going to try putting them in my Protein Shakes I make.

I tried Celebrate Vitamins rapid melt VIT d but makes me sick. I have B12 rapid melts I haven't tried yet. I'm getting Vitamin levels tested tomorrow then I'll see how bad things are.
