Hi,

Today I started my 2 week Optifast diet, can anybody give me any advice? How did you get through it?

Not sure what the Optifast diet is. I was on a liquid diet for 10 days and it was tough but doable. For me it was literally taking it one day at a time and not thinking about how much further I had to go.
