Healthy_life2 8,324 Posted January 22, 2015 (edited) @@Luvin_Life125 Google the local restaurants and look up their menus online. Takes the guess work out of which restaurants will have bariatric friendly foods. Edited January 22, 2015 by jenn1
Pac-woman 325 Posted January 22, 2015 Try your best not to eat anything inside Disney. It is all expensive crap food. Sorry, I am a true 100% Floridian. Take plenty of Snacks (protein bars) and Water bottles. You will thank me later.

AlanaRN 419 Posted January 22, 2015 We just went 2 weeks ago. I packed Protein Bars and shakes. I had no problems at all. Drink plenty of Water. At restaurants, I usually split a meal that had Protein (meat) with my daughter. I had no trouble. Good luck.
CheleLynn45 615 Posted January 22, 2015 We are heading to Disney in March. I am so excited about being able to decide what rides I WANT to go on, not just what rides I will FIT on I haven't even worried about eating. But I agree with those above, bring Protein bars to use on those times you don't have the best options available. And make sure to drink, drink, drink!! Have a blast and enjoy yourself!!!
